Ben was very helpful and was able to fit me in short notice. He seemed to have every cleaning product needed for various stains and there were no hidden costs. He took his time and even did some extra spaces free of charge. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again when needed!

Very thorough carpet cleaning, using many different machines. The carpet had got quite dirty and after looked like new again (see before and after). There is only one carpet in the flat so was having difficulty getting good quotes due to minimum call out charge but Proper Clean quoted the least. He was also friendly and talkative. I would use again if I need carpet or upholstery cleaning.

Ben was an absolute star!! The house is very old and so made for a difficult job however Ben did a brilliant job and the carpets look so much better. I had the hallways, staircase, sitting room and one bedroom cleaned and Ben did not leave until 10.30 pm. Very professional service, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the result. Highly recommend, thank you again Ben you really did do wonders!! Georgie.
