Wow ! What an amazing tradesman. Ben came to deep-clean my sofa, really cleaned up nicely; and he did a quick clean of my carpet for free ! This guy is amazing, I’ll be recommending him to absolutely everyone. 100% satisfied 😊

Exceptional Carpet Cleaning Service – Ben is Simply Amazing!I recently had the pleasure of hiring Ben to work his magic on my bedroom and living room carpets, as well as my mattress and sofa. Let me just say, Ben is incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!From the moment Ben showed up, he was super friendly and easy to talk to. He made the whole experience enjoyable with his positive attitude and great conversation. You can tell he really loves what he does, and that made a big difference in the quality of his work.Now, my carpets were in a really bad shape. I honestly didn’t think they could be salvaged, but Ben proved me wrong. He worked extra hard to tackle the tough stains and years of wear and tear. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the final result – my carpets look brand new again!To wrap it up, if you need your carpets cleaned, I highly recommend Ben from Proper Cleaning Services. He’s friendly, hardworking, and his results are simply outstanding. I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future carpet cleaning needs.

Very thorough carpet cleaning, using many different machines. The carpet had got quite dirty and after looked like new again (see before and after). There is only one carpet in the flat so was having difficulty getting good quotes due to minimum call out charge but Proper Clean quoted the least. He was also friendly and talkative. I would use again if I need carpet or upholstery cleaning.

Ben was very helpful and was able to fit me in short notice. He seemed to have every cleaning product needed for various stains and there were no hidden costs. He took his time and even did some extra spaces free of charge. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again when needed!
